We do, however, require full payment at the time services are rendered, whether it is the total amount or your estimated patient portion to accompany your insurance payment. Insurance
As a courtesy to you, we have chosen to bill dental insurance so you don't have to. Our office will file your dental claim with your insurance and initiate correspondence with the purpose of getting you the maximum coverage your insurance will allow. However, with some dental insurance policies they will only pay for a portion of the dental service needed. Patients are responsible for the remainder as well as the deductible. Please read your insurance policy provided to you by your employer or insurance company. You need to be aware of your individual maximums, deductibles, exclusions, restrictions and frequencies. You also need to be know if waiting periods apply to your policy. For your convenience, and upon your request, we will submit to your insurance company a pre-determination to verify coverage before beginning treatment.
We accept most dental insurance (except HMO) and we are a preferred provider for Humana, Delta Dental, Dental Care Plus, Aetna, CIGNA, MetLife, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Superior, Connection Dental, United Healthcare, Guardian, Assurant and Dental Wellness Partners. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.
We offer a 10% discount for seniors who are 65 plus who do not have dental insurance or insurance discount plans.
